Is BevSpot an app?
BevSpot is an online software solution, so there's no need to download an external app and you're always automatically up-to-date. BevSpot will work the same across smartphone, tablet, and desktop.
Does BevSpot work with any Internet browser?
For the best experience using BevSpot, we recommend using one of the below listed internet browsers. Using an out-of-date version of a browser may result in limited functionality or unintended display changes of BevSpot pages.
Does BevSpot work on a mobile device?
Yes, BevSpot works on any mobile device with a mobile browser such as Chrome or Safari.
I don’t have wi-fi at all my locations, can I use BevSpot offline?
BevSpot has a full offline mode for taking inventory in locations with spotty wifi or cell coverage. The rest of the software requires an internet connection, but we've got plans to release more offline functionality soon.
Can more than one person use BevSpot simultaneously?
Yes, in fact we suggest that your whole team get trained in BevSpot. Our customers who add their entire team see higher profits over time while using our software.

How does ordering work with BevSpot?
With BevSpot you can send your weekly orders out to every distributor with the click of one button. By storing your sales rep’s email and cell phone in your account you’ll be able to communicate all of your weekly orders at once. If you have a distributor that won’t accept order by email or text, you’ll still be able to record your orders directly from your invoices and even upload an image of your invoice for faster reference and more organized record keeping.

How does the free trial work?
The BevSpot free trial starts out as a 14-day trial, but as you get set up and complete certain actions (first inventory or orders) you can extend the trial up to 28 days. That’s up to a $300 value just for taking inventory and placing your orders.
Is there a limit to how many inventories/orders I can complete during the trial?
No, we want you to experiment and test out the software to make sure it is right for your business. Take as many inventories and place as many orders as you’d like during your trial period.
How many users do I get?
You can invite as many users as you’d like. In fact, we suggest inviting the whole team to use BevSpot since our accounts who add their entire team see higher profits over time.
What happens after the trial ends?
Once your trial period is over, the features of your account will automatically turn off and you will be prompted to activate your account by subscribing to one of our product packages.
Can I get an extension on my trial?
Yes, you can extend your trial from 14-days up to a max of 28-days just for taking your first inventory or placing your first orders. If you need an extension beyond that, please contact our Sales team to discuss further.
How many users do I get with the Starter, Standard, Pro, and Enterprise plans?
Regardless of your plan, BevSpot offers unlimited users.
What discounts are available for multiple locations?

What POS systems does BevSpot integrate with?
BevSpot integrates with any POS system including, but not limited to, Aloha, Micros, POSitouch, Breadcrumb, Toast, and more.
What is a BevSpot consultant?
BevSpot consultants are available to Pro and Enterprise plan participants. They serve as an extension of your team by providing dedicated support, recommendations, and reporting.
How do I change the credit card on file for my account?
You can add or change the credit card on file for your account by going to the main menu on the left side of your screen and choosing Settings > Plans & Billing. You can add your card from here and set the default card for billing.
