Our Customer Success Team is obsessed with providing value to BevSpots new and existing users.  In this role, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with our new accounts and taking them to fully integrated and successful users as quickly and efficiently as possible through effective training, on-boarding and relationship management.  This position requires a high level of  proactivity, communication, attention to detail, and project management skills.

What you will do:

  • Get new accounts onboarded, trained and adopted using the product quickly by delivering value and setting clear expectations
  • Schedule and conduct product training calls with new accounts and new users to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of BevSpot’s product
  • Quickly establish relationships and build rapport with our Basic customer and low price Premium accounts
  • Coordinate with sales to upsell Basic customers to our Pro product by delivering and proving value
  • Optimize each customer’s experience with the product, and facilitate company growth by driving engagement within the application
  • Understand the ins and outs of the product in detail and share best practices with our accounts

What an A+ Candidate looks like:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Salesforce to manage your pipeline
  • Able to manage a book of business (approx 250-500 accounts)
  • Patient and empathetic with an ability to work with a wide variety of personas
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter
  • Ability to think strategically and problem solve on the fly
  • Process oriented and systematic thinker
