Chris was one of the first customer success hires at BevSpot, after being one of the first users of the product. Having been in restaurant management for the last few years, he saw firsthand how beneficial BevSpot was to managing a bar, using it in his role as a bar manager at one of Boston’s busiest bars. He’s excited to bring his restaurant background to the company to continue it’s growth and development, and work with customers all over the country to do the same.
Before BevSpot, Erie spent 7 years working for a growing restaurant company (Northstar Cafe) in Columbus, Ohio. The restaurant group grew from two to six (three different concepts) during his time there. Erie helped with menu development and launching the new beverage programs, creating thoughtful wine and local beer lists. All the while pouring some of the best cocktails in the city.
Before joining BevSpot, Trevor spent over 15 years in the world of restaurants and wine retail. After becoming a Certified Sommelier in 2015, Trevor was looking for new challenges for his career in the beverage industry. Naturally, BevSpot was the perfect place for him to transition to. BevSpot gave him the ability to use his years of experience and education to help others become more successful with their bars and restaurants. Currently, Trevor is studying for his Certified Cicerone exam coming up in late 2016, and is looking forward to working with all of BevSpot’s potential clients!
Matt has been teaching, guiding, and helping customers his entire career. During his time at HubSpot, he helped small businesses learn the ins and outs of inbound marketing. After that, he moved to The Grommet (a product launch platform and e-commerce website for makers and entrepreneurs), where he joined their customer support team to help their customer base in an way they needed. He progressed to their Maker team, helping new businesses with successful product launches and guiding them to success, which led him to a role on the Wholesale team, helping those same makers get their products into retailers all over the country, utilizing trade shows, the wholesale website, and relationship building.
Jillian is an experienced SaaS professional with a background in inbound and mobile marketing. She has spent her career educating, helping and inspiring customers, and at BevSpot, she works closely with Strategic Accounts to ensure maximum results and customer happiness. When she’s not helping customers, you can find her at the park with her husband and puppy, Theo, cooking up a feast with her family, or binge watching her favorite Netflix series.
Before coming to BevSpot, Nancy spent 4.5 years helping HubSpot build their global support team after starting there originally as an early-stage Support Engineer. With the help of SaaS experience and a deep care for enabling customer success and happiness, Nancy strives to make sure that users get everything they need and more from the BevSpot support team.
