Taking inventory can be time consuming. But did you know that you can cut down on all that time spent counting by setting up a customized, sheet-to-shelf organization for your items in BevSpot?
While taking your next inventory, make sure to count everything in the order it sits on your shelves within your storage areas.
Once you’re finished counting in any storage area, select the option from the More Actions menu that says Arrange by Last Edit and BevSpot will show you a preview before you resort it into this new order.
Knowing how to use this feature can help you cut down on time counting, inventory fatigue, and drastically improve the accuracy of your restaurant’s usage data.
